做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
