做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
