做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
