做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
