做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
