做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
