做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
