做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
