做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
