做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
