做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
