做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
