做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
