做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
