做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
