做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
