做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
