做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
