做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
