做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
