做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
