做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
