做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
