做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
