做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
