做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
