做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
