做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
