做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
