做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
