做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
