做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
