做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
