做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
