做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
