做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
