做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
