做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
