做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
