做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
