做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
