做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
