做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
