做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
