做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
