做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
