做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
