做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
