做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
