做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
